So in order to Fit the 7A flywheel to the RS2 gearbox, should i change the plain bearing to the Needle bearing used on the RS2?
    Go Holset or Go RS4

You'll need to use the 7A bearing.

There is the Question, should i use the 7A bearing or use the RS2 "needle bearing"?

Is the one Better than the Other?? What bearing did you use with the Fidanza or the "Jeffer" Alu ones?

You have to use the 7A bearing as they are a different fitment in the dual mass flywheel to the single mass. I have pictures on my PC at home of my fidanza and my dual mass side by side from when we swapped them so you can see the difference.

i know but some people modify the 7A flywheel to fit the RS2 needle bearing. Can it be that the Needle bearingstronger or better in any way is that the plain 7A one?

The 7A bearing is strong enough. I use a 7A-flywheel in my ABY.
