    Diff Mount?

ive had a good search but i am still not sure on my options and peoples experience's.
I want to change my diff mount as it has seen better days, now i know VAG sell the bush already in the mount, not sure if they sell the bush on its own ? Is their any upgrade as i read about a powerflex one, but peoples experience's are a bit thin on the ground unless i have missed a thread.
if anyone could shed any light it would be a great help!
    many thanks Jose.

powerflex one is about £25 and is a more rigid bush than the oem one. If you have all bushes on the drivetrain renewed and everything is tight then it will be a good upgrade. However if most bushes are untouched/tired then you'll notice a marked increase in shunt noise on changing gear if you're heavy footed on the clutch or lifting off the throttle. You might also notice much more low rpm vibration through the car. I've kept mine on only because this summer I am refurbing the prop/centre bearing and both cv's, replacing the rear diff and refreshing the engine mounts and same for gearbox and diff. In theory it should be as tight as anything once complete.

Agree exactly with this, you will notice quite a bit more vibration if the side diff mounts are a bit slack. I would replace them as well while you're under there.
