Nice one Iain, I can prattle on for age's about old Audi quattro's, it's my main interest closely followed by Retro Hifi from the 1970's through to the early 90's, really 80's stuff is my main thing.

Happy to help a fellow enthusiast, and I reckon that C4 box will work really well on a tweeked 7A, it's got slight taller ratios than stock but not as much as S2 Box which is geared for 165 MPH at 7000 RPM... Don't ask me how I know that.
