My hohenester tuned S2 with 310@1.3bar has killed the 4th gear :/ Not funny at all. Well as far as i know, the gear box was strengthen so it could handle the extra power.
Well my quesion is, what can i do? Can I buy a uses RS2 gear box and fit that and is it a straight fit or do i need modifications. If it is possible, where can i get one cheap?
Can i gear a new S2 gearbox or uses one and just hope that i can handle the extra power? If yes that a standard gearbox can handle the power, where can i get one cheap?
Last, can i have me old gearbox repaired, if yes how does that? I'am calling to hear Hohenester Sport if they can since the modified the gearbox, but other alternatives are very welcome. Preferly in scandinavia, but rest of Europe is also ok.
