Cant change gear

If the master cyl is going it will probably be weeping fluid, if you listen carefully you may hear a squishing noise when the pedal is depressed.
If the release bearing is going it will normally be noisy. The Spec clutch kit comes with a new release bearing so it should have had one, these have been known to fail though..

If the release bearing is going, what sort of noise we talking about, and should i expect this noise when I press in the pedal? or release?
