I'm not too fussed about performance, as long as it can hold 300hp!! No longer in the 400+ club Of course, it would be good to fit something high-performance just in case an RS2 turbo ever falls into my hands :mischeif:

Primary concern is get the thing drivable in the next month or so, I might chance it with the clutchnet and if it slips I'll just have to change it in the summer. I'll have another look, the oil probably covered 1/8th of the friction material so it should still hold 350hp

Don't make it too powerful darling, the Audi is supposed to be our "family car".

You don't want our boy to be a pistonhead before he learns to crawl.

Our boy will learn to drive my RS4 in Midnight Club: LA (PS3 game) before he learns to walk I suspect

Don't worry, the Avant won't be too powerful - the exhaust swap with Jamo restricts it to a sensible level and makes it a nice, sensible family car

I've taught Laura too much to try the old "but the bigger turbo is just to make the AirCon reach the back seats" trick...

Keep us posted! I've had no personal experience with them, I just did the search when I first saw their S4 clutch on ebay. Needless to say it put me off somewhat. Hopefully your's will work out ok!

The 3B item is physically the same size as many other clutches used by Audi but is different part numbers on the family album and on the Sachs website. Check out www.audi-nla.com, I've put the Sachs part numbers up.

If you get a dedicated 3B LUK clutch, I doubt you'll have any problems.
