    3B clutch with RS2 power?

Has anyone run the OE 3B clutch much over 300bhp? Mine's at about 300bhp/330ftlbs and doesn't slip. On a hard launch it has been known to slip a little but that's after being stood for a while, grips well after that, just smells a litte

Just thinking whether I can go RS2 without changing the clutch as if I do then it's engine out, new rods, shells, balanced, LW FW etc. etc. and that's the RS2 budget gone and might as well go CT350 or 3071 once it's all up to that spec...

Other option is to leave it as is and drive it harder, it's not like I get to open it up that often but still, more power is always of the highest importance

Want to know how it would cope with 360+ really on an RS2 turbo...

IMO it wont last with the increased torque, best bet would be to check SteveH threads I'm pretty sure he ran stock clutch with an RS2 turbo and it didn't last.

You can do it but before but IMO once you get increased power you'll want to launch and test it out.

Look at Bo, he had an uprated clutch on RS2 spec and it's gone already.

I've been hearing good things about southbend clutches as an alternative to the sachs btw
