I had a Mk 1 3 dr Golf with Mk 2 Rallye running gear for a while that someone else did, but when the engine blew, (red one from Performance VW), I bought a Mk 2 4 door Jetta Synchro and the rebuilt 1.8T was put into that. People I know still have both cars. Jetta due to make a reappearance with a new turbo.

Jetta was fantastic, but S2 is more grown up.

I know it has been done, I too come from the VW scene from start and have had alot of VWs myself What i ment was S1 parts dont exactly grow on trees, so i thought it might be appropriate to show us some pics of it as it sounds quite the exotic machine. Someone must know his mate who strips quattros? If so has he stripped a S1?
