Clutch replace..

Hi! Just wounder how hard it is to change out the clutch on urs4. Does anyone have a guide to remove the tranny ?

Another question.. Is it big difference in throttle response between stock dual mass flywheel and the 10lb aluminium one ?
How much ft/lb does a 707 sachs plate and kep sinter handle ?

Is it necessary to change out the dowel pins on the 6-speed tranny or could I just remove them ?

There's one on the motor that needs to be removed top left of the bellhousing.
