i am thinking i need these..... 088409359 any one can confirm this?

they are the tappered seat type. I had the flanges machined a little to remove the tapper, then you can run normal bolts (correct length) much easier to get

So your using a doudty washer or a copper washer to control the oil?

Not sure if old/second hand bolts for that will be ok as im 99%sure they are stretch bolts.

Here in the States, we had both types of heads - tapered like in your photo, chef, as well as flat. The 01E that is now in my CQ came with the flat seat, but the 100mm cups that I swapped in from a 4000(type85) 016 had the tapered seat. I didn't notice any special sealing washer when I removed the flat seat bolts. I still have the 108mm cups that came from my 01E with the flat seat. I can check on the part number if you're interested, or even send them over to you if they can't be found over there. Hope that helps.

while we are at it anyone know the correct nm/ft for that bolt as there is not a get deal of meat in the washer it goes in (number 23 in pic)

                              088 409 359 is a stretch bolt - 10Nm + 90 degrees. quite high for an M8
