Original diff is very strong, you will be fine if you are sensible. Nothing lasts forever and launches just break stuff. you don't need to dump the clutch to get away quickly, its pointless IMHO.Panthero Coupé quattro 20vt

V8 diff is the poor mans bolt in LSD (not actually an LSD, but has some of the benefits), dont shock load it and its great
If you want strength to launch with just fit a stock rear diff, and launch with it locked. (Or get a good aftermarket lsd)Current-2004 Impreza PPP wagon
