Horrible rattling in 5th

Well i couldnt see anything underthere when i took the front grills off, and a quick look in the engine bay saw no obvious leaks, i have had a few smoking incidences (like at castle combe!) when the oil return feed for the turbo(i think) has been leaking but heard it's an **** to change and when it had it's oil change i asked about it and they said it was still ok. It couldnt be something simple like the sump plug and loosend, I was spraying a lot of ice and snow up gunning it up the hill!

They dont come loose it done up properly!! Best thing to do is jack it up and take a look
