S2 discs won't work with your current calipers which I believe are made for 256mm disc. S2 discs are 276mm. So you definetly need g60 calipers. I have heard that b5 1.8t quattro front calipers should fit too.

Atm I don't have any pictures of drilled discs.

        Holy Thread resurrection!

any reason i cant use the front hubs/arms/driveshafts off a 4cyl B5 A4 quattro to do the 5x112 front swap?

The reason is dramatically low height of the hub (offset).

You could do it if you sort out all the offset issues. For instance by manufacturing a proper spacer.

so a set of hubcentric 20mm spacers would do it? and the disc/calliper will be all ok?

then i can just order 2 pairs of spacers and thats it sorted

edit: just looked at the pics again, do the spacers not sit on the disc? you show them on the hub itself?

It's hard to answer the questions definitely. just "any" universal hubcentric spacers won't do the job, of course. The spacer in intended to be between the hub surface and brake disc if you are inclined to use the existing brakes and keep the existing brake disk height. But you don't have to.
That is just an option and not the very best in my opinion. And not the cheapest btw.

i tried to fit a4q rear hub into my 80 tdi front hub carrier today and the a4 hub has a outer of 43/45mm so they wont fit into the 75mm od wheel bearing as the inner of that is 39/41mm..
is there a 75mm bearing with 43/45 inner diameter?

when i was looking into this you needed the v6 front wheel bearings, best way is pop to your local motor factors and get them to bring some out and have a measure, or is it poss to replace the drive shafts to correct the size?
