My advice is if it ain't broke don't fix it! Sure open it and check nothing looks bad on the surfaces and maybe change weaping seals. But leave the rest.
My urs4 rear diff let go at about 230k miles. Was not making any noise and everything looked fine. Just needed the right sort of launch out of a corner.

That looks.....broken. I definitely want to take it apart and inspect it properly but if it all looks good won't be touching it. I don't tend to do hard launches anyways or anything that would put extra pressure on the diff/gearbox.
