Well the 3b coversion is happening in March and I am bidding on a complete front bumper from ebay.de. Figgers crossed by the end of march I may have myself an S2 if you guys would allow me to call it that????????? (essentially it will be cos all the bits will be the same.......
Glad you guys like it though. It feels alot better on the road, more responsive on the steering. Just got to sort the suspension out from OE (some coilovers perhaps) and find the new squeeking noise that is coming from the rear. It goes grind squeak grind squeak etc but only going forward, not in reverse at all. Any hints boys it is only audible at slow speeds though and under braking.

Yep it is at the moment though. Unfortunatley I had the tracking checked today and I have a 16mm Toe in on the front drivers side so I have got quite a big leff pull and the soft suspension doesn,t help. But hey ho I will get there.
P.S. Bo I will get the engine power figures next weekend of WAB as he is at the rolling road meet. I CAN'T WAIT. WOOO HOOOOO.Dark Grey Avant

That noise then - Poss a bearing. I'm not gonna drive the car much just in case. Also just been out to clean the wheels (as they are covered in brake dust already, the front discs are eating the pads) and I noticed some grease on them. Checked the CV boot and that is fine???? Any suggestions as to where it could be coming from or do you think it is just residue from changing the Hubs??Dark Grey Avant

Thanks to Sal for an S2 bumper. YEah one step closer, just gotta do the lights and bonnet but they will have to wait for funds to rise a bit again.
