That's true, even has hand-cranked windows. Bought her for 250 quid five and a half years ago off a mate who couldn't get her running. Next day I drove up to his house, pure raging he was.

Result! Is it a Saloon or Avant? Can't quite tell from the photos though I think it's a Saloon.

Can't go wrong for £250, the cat is worth nearly that much in scrap value alone without the weight of the shell!

Do you know the engine code? A lot of of the 2.0 E cars used a short stroke block that responds well to a fast road camshaft, makes them very free revving.

Oh yeah, what was wrong with it?

I have a B3 2.0 E quattro saloon myself, but that needs some serious TLC, funnily enough I paid £250 for that.
