Hello guys.

Im new. Im a VAG lover.

I've owned mainly Golfs of many varieties.

Considering an S2/RS2 as a future car so I thought i'd join.

Im currently driving a Mk3 Golf VR6 with a supercharger thrown in for good measure and building a supercharged Mk1 golf.

Evening and welcome. Which charger are you using on the vr? rotrex, vortech or z-engineering? and the mk1? eaton?

Hello,

The Mk3 is a ZE stage 1 charger. I love it. Good smooth power delivery and not too bad on fuel either.

The Mk1 is still pretty much at starting point of the build. It is a ABF lump running low comp pistons and an Eaton M62 charger. Gearbox is running LSD and their are plenty of other mods such as Mocal Oil cooler and an electric fuel pump so the charger can't be seen to the naked eye. I've bought an OMEX 600 aftermarket ECU for it.

As for pics... None of my mk1 but my Mk3 is currently up for sale on Piston heads. Looking for something thats less showy.

I saw this for sale the other week when I was looking at Golfs was thinking about moving back that way but hey I'm still here. That is one fine looking Mk3 loving the wheels. Welcome to the forum I'm sure you like it here there's plenty to read up. Keep us posted about the Mk1 as well.

ah, i recognise the mk3 from when it was first built quite a few years ago. I remeber speaking to the owner at inters as he was asking about the z-charger we'd fitted to my wifes corrado vr.
