I left this site when I was forced to sell the S2 by my new wife, back in 2006. "oh, the clutch is too heavy. Oh, it only has 2 doors. blah blah blah!"
But all wasn't too bad though as we bought an S4 B5 
A great family car with a fair bit of grunt... especially after some MRC magic, BUT not as much fun to drive as the S2. Alas the S4 was sold 3 years later 
Instead I bought an RS4 B5 
Any way, I've been meaning to pop back and visit you guys for ages. If for nothing else, then to apologise for ducking out of here without saying good bye I don't know what happened to my manners. Probably all the stress of losing my freedom due to being married!!
I did try a while back to pop back in but couldn't remember my password so put it off for another day. Finally, due to a linky to this site from another I managed to pull my thumb out and request a new password.
So, where is everyone these days? Paul Nugent? The man who saved me from the depths of depression when I first bought the S2
Mark Halligan, who had the most amazing S2. Mephisto Black, who showed me round his car prior to me getting mine. And there are a fair few others, who embarrassingly I can't remember the names of. My apologies guys. Mr Film Camera Man, are you still on here?
If there's a meet going on any where in the London vicinity then it'd be great to meet up with old and new faces. In fact, I'm going to go and check out the relevant section now.

Oh how much I wanted those blue samco's on my blue S2. Alas, I never got round to sorting them. Are Mark H, Mephisto B etc still on here?
