New member - introduction

Hi everyone,

I want to introduce myself after a period of quietly observing this forum. My name is Martin, I live in Slovakia (Slovak republic) and own an B5 Audi S4 Avant, black paint, black interior.

Lately I am also the co-owner of an Laser Red 1994 Audi RS2 Avant. My accomplice in this undertaking is another new member of this forum KuboBa. We are both also members of the official Audi Club International Slovakia.

The RS 2 was an accidental find and we had to have it. We just started the journey to restore this car and get it back on the road. We will document this project in another appropriate thread, link to which I will add below as soon as I create it.

I hope we will be worthy members of this little community.

Hello Martin, welcome. Are you living anywhere near Poprad or more precise Spiska Nova Ves? My friend's girlfriend is from this area and we visit when we can, one day we will come over with my RS2 and meet, but could be some time yet before we are over

It will be some time before we get our on the road too

Yeah it is in the way, the long way we think, last time we came into SK via Poland over the high Tatras, we did fly into Bratislava earlier this year, but that was for quickness, and much prefer to drive over for sure. Well my RS2 finally passed her emissions test for UK now awaiting the documents to come in the mail with registration then put on UK plates and we are ready, just the aircon to re-install and I will be happy. When we are due to cone over next time I will PM you and maybe we can meet see how your project is progressing
