Other thing are the calipers themselves. Either the pistons or handbrake axis inside the caliper. So just go on disassembling and check the parts.

I guess most of the folks here would advise against removal of the legendary 5-cylinder. Better to upgrade it...
      Hi RichLV,

      Thank you for your reply.
Yeah, I completely agree. Oh, these brakes
Well, I'll have a look at these from Bosch. Thanks for the tip.
I've heard about the reasons for such troubles - actually, we can't avoid time influence. It's not the same situation as with the wine.

No-no, I'll preserve it. It is a legendary thing. It is the thing, I simply admit.
      So - disassembling.

If the issue with brakes I've clarified for myself, the one with tyres left unresolved.
I was looking for tyres of the 205/55ZR16 size. For instance, the previous ones were Goodyear. I guess to choose smth like Toyo, Bridgestone or Continental, found good options here https://www.tirendo.co.uk/.
Maybe anyone used to ride the specific brand and can share its quirks?
I'm not too much into the difference of brands etc.
So I wonder if it makes sense to afford premium tyres or choose low-priced?

                  Thank you, Henkjan,
I've read only good reviews about Conti as well. It's no accident I guess.
