  • Fitted New Cayenne Calipers on UrS6.

Recently,I just fitted the new 6 pistons Cayenne Calipers on HP2 strut UrS6.
I use 360mmX34mm from later A8 or S8 IIRC on my car. There's ~1mm overall height differences compared to stock 314X30mm rotors. They fitted perfectly.
the calipers is huge. They have approx.40cms in lengths.
same mounting distance, need 16 mm bushings to slide in the calipers to be on
the center aligned of the rotor disc.Needs some small grinding on the strut and the brackets to clear the Cayenne brackets.the rest is just bolts right up.the only problem
i noted is the brake pads has 70mm in sliding face width while the rotor has on 65-66mm so you need to grinding some of the brake pads off.I spent $75 for reprayed the calipers in gallardo orange, grinding job,4X of 16mm steel bushing, fittings.

They look nice under 9"X19" RS6 rims with 235/35R19 but finally,I roll back the thing

to 18" with genuine BBS LM.this's my dreaming wheels.they are 9X18" all 4.
front ET is +42(Flat dish) and Rear(Deep dish) ET is +40.the front rims is clear the calipers. There's 13mm room between spokes and calipers.i'm looking to buy 9X19"
BBS LMs too.I will post an updated when they're arrived.

Jamo, firstly I'm going to have NISSAN SKYLINE R35 GT-R calipers on my cars.
after i have digged up more infos and i found that HP2 strut having the same 130mm
mounting distance like 955,957 cayenne so I followed this route.

Thats big alright! Makes the RS6 8 pots look like toys..

Am i correct in thinking you didnt have to fabricate any special mounting brackets to fit these as he HP2 struts have the right spacing?

Yup Bo,all you need to do is grinding/cutting some of the square pieces on the HP2 struts and on the Caliper brackets.I used the stock caliper bracket which has the 130mm mounting distance same as the HP2's.:mischeif:

that looks great, and I bet the stopping power is great too.

I got a set of these calipers that are no use to me...

The pistons size is 36mmX6 on the calipers.I have not had the rear calipers on my car yet because i'm looking
to the way to put the handbrake on.surprisingly, the i think this calipers had ended up with better brake bias compared to stock HP2 calipers.
