sorry Macpsring for my belated posts.
here's my new calipers on HP2 struts.
          parts lists.
1.18ZR/ZL from 955 Cayenne S or Turbo.only differences between these caliper is finished color.
2.Brake pads form 17ZR/ZL from 955 Cayenne V6.we need the narrow brake pads version for fully bite
          on the Rotors sliding face.
3.4X 16mm metal bushings As spacer.they're gonna hold and align the calipers on the center of the Rotor discs.
4.360X34mm Rotor disc from 2008 A8 model.the overall height is 59-60mm if my memory serves me right. The
          stock 314X30mm rotor has 59,5mm overall height.Recently,i just found 347X30mm Rotors from A6 C6 4,2model.
I'm so confidenced.these rotors is directly fitted under the Calipers without any grinding job.360mm needs to be resized/
machined the diameter down from 360 to 350-352mm.The reason to do this since we'd like the calipers to bolt right up the HP2 struts.
we can no longer mount the calipers farther out to clear the 360mm Rotors since the calipers is side mount style.By doing this we can
eliminate the cost of the customs brackets.Remember no gain without loss.I decided to machine rotors down to save $ and simple
installation without cut/grind anything on the HP2 strut.it's easy to put the HP2 brake back on the car anytime. That's why 17Zr Brake pads
narrower width version is applied on 18ZR/ZL Calipers. The brake pads can fit straightforward like 18ZR/ZL Brake pads does.

slightly machined the inner part of the Calipers to be clear the rotors.if you can find 350mm rotors or 347mm rotor from A6 C6.
i personally think the machine job is unnecessary.

17ZR Brake pads fully bites on the rotors sliding face.

Stock HP2 Caliper on 314X30mm rotor.

The calipers just bolt right up the HP2 Struts.

Ps.You need 4X of longer bolts version.I couldn't remember the length.you just simply add 16mm exntended length on the bolts

The Caliper under 19" A5 Black edition rims

The Caliper under 18"X9" ET42 Genuine BBS LM.

SS Braided lines from Goodridge and got MB brake fluid for it(I found it laying around in my garage lol save a couple quids on Brake Fluid).

I'm still having the rear cayenne calipers laying around.I'm going to install them soon after i finished tuning the VEMS.
My plan is getting the rotor from Audi Cars.I found the front and rear rotor shares the same overall height which is
                      59,5mm.

Simply plan is using 314X30 mm front rotor as my rear rotor but the issue is i have not yet mocked up them on the rear struts.
Since i will need to measure if the gap between the strut mounting and calipers mounting has enough space for the customs
bracket. We need the customs bracket on the rear since the rear cayenne calipers is also the side mount style as you found on
the front cayenne calipers.unfortunately, the mounting distance on the strut is different from rear cayenne calipers.

Second plan, the worse if there's inadequate space between the mounting.i'd consider some bigger rotors.I found most of the VAG

has biggest rear rotor around 310X22mm.Solution is getting front 323x30mm rotors from 1998A8 D2 4,2 or go bigger like 347x30mm

rotor from A6 C6 4,2 and resized it down to particular size for the customs bracket.

About the E-brake,the cheapest way is getting the hydraulic master cylinder from Mazda RX7(FD3S) and use it for E-brake.

the cons is you can only use only one side for the E-brake.Alternatively but more $ is getting Separated Brembo E-brake calipers.

As you've seen on the Dodge Viper or later Ferrari F430 Scuderia.by doing this you're still able to get the E-brake working on both

wheels.I'll keep psoting once i have done on the VEMS.

                      Cheers,
                      Pop

Ultimot.de sells brackets and discs so you can use 310 on stock rear calipers with stock handbrake, shouldn´t that be solution? but instead of buying those expensive brackets you make them yourself...

it's sound good for mildly upgrade. My plan is going to increase more clamping force from
multi pistons calipers with some slightly larger on sliding surface.I can ask my friend to do all fabricated and brackets for cheap though.

I see, I´m gonna go with the Ultimot.de stuff, but I think I gonna hire Thuppu to make the bracket when he got the time... and then hunt for Cayenne calipers with C6 discs
