Hi, someone has stolen the bonnet grill on my RS2. Does anybody have a spare they'd be willing to sell, or know of anywhere I might be able to get another? Thanks

That's a bloody PITA! I doubt the little sod's even know what they've nicked, probably saw the RS2 badge and mesh grill and thought it looked cool, hence valuable. A stock grill can be fitted in it's place in the meantime, but that's not the point.
Though I have to say as a fellow RS2 owner that the grill is possibly the worst thing Porsche has ever designed, the hole in the mesh for the bonnet catch looks like an afterthought and the clips that hold it on are an awful design.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.

I’ve found MK Garage in Latvia making replica versions of them. Has anyone had any dealings with them, or any thoughts on them based on the photos? (The one on the cardboard is fibreglass and the one on the grass is carbon fibre). Any input would be greatly appreciatedYou do not have permission to view this gallery.

I had a Kamei one age's ago for my first Audi Coupe, they fit well and look pretty good but the proper RS2 item does look better even though it's a bit of a faff to fit unless you're lucky enough to have spare clips.
I doubt it was stolen by anyone who knows what it actually is, there's only around 100 original RHD RS2's left in this country and anyone under 40 will probably have no idea what they're looking at.
Sadly my guess is a junky saw something shiny and potentially valuable which could get them £20 quickly and ripped it off, though I'd keep an eye out for any local dodgy types driving a B3/4 Audi wearing a slightly bent RS2 grill.
I ended up making my own version of an RS2 grill for my Coupe using the surround from a damaged RS2 grill and the mesh cut out of my old Kamei copy which with the bonnet closed looked genuine.
If it were me I'd either fit a stock B4 grill with the fake chrome removed by sanding for now, or the best option is to source a genuine one second hand from Tot's if they'll post to the UK.
Not what one needs right before the expense of Christmas.
