Hi Folks!
I’ve got the question, which was not possible to clarify even from legal Latvian institutions.
The story is following:
I’ve purchased the car RS2 in Switzerland.
In the registration document of previous owner was written:
Fahzeugdaten: Marke: Audi-Porsche Avant RS2
As I have seen example of registration document issued in Germany:
Fahzeughesteller: ARGE Audi Porsche
When I received registrations document here in Latvia, I was slightly surprised:
Marke: Audi
Type: RS2 Avant
Representatives from according local institutions say, that’s the kind of database. Nothing can be changed.
The word “Porsche” has disappeared.
Questions:
1.How this kind of car is named in other country’s registrations documents?
2. Where and how to get right and undisputable information about precise name and type of RS2 - in order to act as an opponent to our car registration institutions?
Thanks!
