The RS2 Avant rear seats does bolt on in the Sedan. They are about 10cm taller than the sedan seats. Some modification, and you will get it in there, but it does look a bit wierd to me. I have rebuilt S2 sedan seats in the rear with RS2 leather/alcantara.

All other parts fit bolt on, yes.

The two RS2 sedans you see on the picture above is S2 sedans originally. Comp as a basis will require you to change out the engine mounts in the chassis. All FWD basis will give you hell to convert to Quattro.

A comp might be the second best object after the S2.

its much more difficult to locate and get a cheap s2Sedan though, so my thoughts for the future is a quattro sedan of any sort.

wrong. 4 and 5 cyl engines have the same engine mounts on the chassis. the 4 cyl engine only misses the main rad mount, and needs the 5cyl traverse. so the compi is basically a good starting point. a better starting point would be a 5cyl B4, but they are rare.

p.s.: v6 B4 have one engine mount in the wrong place AFAIK.

what happened with this project?

It's been in the workshop for a couple of years. Started rebuilding the engine with forged piston and H con rods and so on just before I started a two year education wich I just finished this summer. Started the assembly last month just one week before my wedding and got to measure the bearing clearances. I'm working on it whenever I can and I'm startng on the pistonrings whenever I get my grinder.

Tire Size

I was wondering if you would share with me what size tires you have on these Porsche wheels and if they are 8,5Jx18?

I have wheels this size on my RS2 that prevous owner installed but i think that tires are little to narow 215´s.
