What kind of budget does she have? I have a feeling that in all honesty a state side school might be a far bit cheaper, especially when you add in living expenses.

My Dad's missus is head of a College in Bournemouth and I'm fairly sure they specialise in languages. I think she might speak a little Spanish, which should help things. That area is nice enough for sure. Pop me an email.

            Definitely don't forget Scotland!
Inverness is a good call. Accent isn't too thick, and you're just a stone's throw from the great highland roads.

                    Cheap offer!

Ok - bit of a far shot, but if she is willing to look after our kids (a boy of 11 and a girl of 9) for 4-6 weeks during the summer holidays then we will provide free accommodation. Both our kids speak English with a standard BBC accent and our little girl chats all the time!

We are currently thinking of getting an au pair for the summer holidays.

I can't promise I'll let her drive my RS2 though!

My call on this could sound odd but......

Everyone from everywhere will support his home area for everything food drink views language etc etc.... so maybe a foreigner opinion could be useful?

I learn my english (?) in west London....

I visit England Ireland North Ireland Scotland (including Islay...)Wales and so on several times.

I personally could say that I found the most soundy/elegant and clear/understandable english in Cornwall and Devon.
Don't know if it's posh thoug, you guys tell me

Very nice spoken english also in Dublin and the surrounding area but it was very odd for me to ear this nice and polite english from the ladies from the B&B.....
And in the same area thoug, Guys and man generally have a strong Irish accent (wich I like aswell anyway)

The worse experience I had was in Cushendall North Ireland (beatiful fantastic area!) I could'nt understand a single word!!

mi novia es el español. Ella viene desde Madrid.

                              (Sé muy poco español)

She didn't like the north of England, due to bad weather and heavy accents, she had trouble integrating and learning English there.

Since we moved to Bournemouth she appreciates the nicer weather (only a tiny bit nicer) and the accent is much better for her. Also Bournemouth has many language schools and is very metropolitan with one of the best universities in the country.

As Veneto says, its not just my opinion but an opinion of my girlfriend who's lived here for the past 6 years. She misses home a lot now due to our fantastic weather though but thats pretty normal.

On sunny days Bournemouth even feels a bit like España, con grande playa!

(by the way, from the picture on your Avatar I assume your Spanish, if not then )
