This fella states that is running a Garret gt40

He also found out that the head of the 3B it's far more resistent then the ADU one....
When as far as i know they're the same thing.....

A GT4088 with race fuel and big cams can get 750hp with a little more boost though.

As for the Heads, I have had a early 3B 1990 and a 1996 ADU sat side by side and the castings were identical bar the hall sender mountings. 6 Years apart
