Andy, if you can try the rs2 injectors instead(even from a loan) that would be ideal but you would have to go on a rolling road or add a wideband to see the difference, otherwise you wouldnt know what the car is doing on the high rev range area.Same thing should be done if you were to check the fuel pump

guys firstly sorry i couldn't make it. needed a lie in after orbital.
t2andy sounds similar to what i did on the standard pump. the did is going 100%dc i think. then it leans off at a rate like a hp climb. mine went 10 at 4k or just under then went to around 13 at 5k. run terminated. 1321hp 325lbsft. standard injectors totally juiced out.
you need a pump and some bigger injectors. then a map. oyu then start to loose some of that mtm you bought.
you dont need rollers Vas you need a by-pass.Comment

2 or 3 lane road that wraps round the outside of town. like a mini motorway.
get the guy at the local council you know to close if for lawn mowing on a sunday.
its all about real world flow. i like rollers for the second opinion value. their wideband costs a lot more than mine.Comment

Shame you haven't got some before data. Do some 30-60 times or 50-90 in 4th, if you want a comparison then a homefried ABY shoud do 30-60 in second in around 3.3s. Another option is to get som 0-60 times although these are lauch and change specific, again, 5.5s is a reasonable attempt in a homefried ABY.Cheers'en, AndyC

well if we were to do something like that on an open road that would only require a flat out 4th gear. That would give good power figures. However, since we do have the machine, we can still do any kind of measurements we like.
all info we need is weight although that can be altered in the future as well.Comment

WHP on a MAHA reads extremely low, and they correct to a claimed CHP that is too low most of the time, especially on turbo cars.
Bunch of dyno tests done on a Maha on the Supersprint website. Here is a run of a 997GT2. Porsche claims 530ps, maha says 366ps at the wheels and 469 at the crank. Unless there was something seriously wrong with that specific car, those numbers are way off, as Porsche do not underrate their turbo cars.
The whp from a Maha is much lower than what it is in real life. Part of the problem is that the pull lasts too long, causing heat soak and power drop.

3rd gear will usually provide good enough results. On a big turbo, 4th gear will give somewhat better numbers, though.
Interestingly, on a small turbo like the K03 equipped 1.8T's, there is hardly any difference between 2nd and 3rd gear pulls, probably because of more heatsoak on the longer pulls.
Starting to get a pretty nice database of real life performance now, with whp figures ranging from less than 100hp to 400hp+.1995 RS2 on Alcohol (6.8sec 100-200km/h)
