Audi Tt Injectors

After some reserch and asking differant tuners ive been told i can use the new AUDI TT injector,they are 357cc high impedance ,they are cheaper than the rs2 injector
and are the latest injector design ,ive been told that the RS2 is old tech compared
so the TT ones flow patern and delivery is much better ,any views on this before i buy cheers

First find the actual impedance of these TT items - different folk have varying views on what the term as 'high impedance' - lets be talking ohms here.

Whatever injectors you get have to -

a - fit in the hole
b - fit onto the fuel rail
c - accept the 2-pin connector
d - have the right impedance for matching the ECU expectations
e - have a suitable spray pattern... some injectors have specific oddball patterns for some engines - dunno if that is try of these TT ones

why rs2 injectors?

why not just bosch whatever size.

rs2 = overpriced.

it will explain injectors and give you an idea of costs. i usually avoid over inflated uk prices.

buts some with a decent overhead andy. that will be a waste getting those.

alright andy why not use siemens 440cc injectors, i might be able to get a set if ur interested

Get these they can fuel a bit more then the RS2 injectors but are why cheaper. I got mine of this ebay seller.

you can use mine and see how you get on with RS2 ones...I'll not be needing them for a while....

Try to get something spec'd for as close to 360ccpm at 3bar so as to make life easier on RS2 based chipsets.

I'm working on a variant that runs with 440ccpm but need realtime AFR data from the real world to get it right.

To ensure you have good options with fuel injector choices I strongly advise a variable FPR - say from 3 to 5 bar range... Its all meaningless unless you have wideband AFR to see WTF is going on anyway.
