@rjscotty... bending it and repairing it in the same day is pretty impressive. Well done.

There was a good dump of snow in Dublin today... business park was hilarious with all the unprepared idiots (i.e everyone without 4WD and/or on summer tyres) queued up for hours trying to get onto the main road. One lad in a Honda Chavic managed to knock his front passenger wheel off by trying a bit too hard to show off near a kerb.

        Headlamp Bodge

Got the headlamp glass and indicator from Ben, sterling service as usual

All the mounting points of the headlamp broke off on impact but I found all of them and stuck them back on with the "magic glue"

Admit it PU adhesive is the dogs testicles when it comes to bodgeing

Just lacking the headlamp washer and a fog light now, bumper will be with me Sunday.

        cheers

            Progress shot

Getting there now just need to jig the head lamp mount a bit.

Can't decide if I like the look of the car with no headlamp washers but I can always fit them later and I never use them.

Still need a fog light if anybody can help.

            cheers

Funny reading guys I recommend snow tyres. I use my RS2 on daily basis in Norway. Can't get a better winter car, just don't get off power on turn in's.
I use 205/55-16 winter tires, hence no big red's for me. I am curently in the mountains with my rs2 - skiing about 1,5 meters of snow

I feel sorry for you and your car, glad to see that you where able to fix your car so fast.
