Morning John, he may do. He has another identical colour/mileage Avant only will an RS2 interior, so I'm guessing one of them will be for sale at some point as both are far to good to break. Well the one just purchased is an unknown quantity as yet, but looks very standard and hopefully is as good as it appears .

He's a member on here and will be along soon enough, I've not disclosed who it is yet for their privacy. Suffice to say it's not Alltype, He'll be home this afternoon and I dare say will report his findings.

That was one of those oppos where one just wishes there was a couple of thousand saved up for a bargain. Good result for the buyer and the seller !

Now that's more like it. A seemingly nice example, sold for a good price to an enthusiast that will enjoy the car.

this scheme is crazy a friend that works at vw has had to scrap some mint cars and some i think if i had the £2K i would have saved.

It's true they just want the shell with the Vin all the parts are the scrapys

it is true but problem is that the entire car is mint. alot of scrappies making a killing by selling all the parts on but its just a pity to see really mint original cars getting scrapped thats all.
