there are a few different options for those turbos with various turbine housings (hotsides), the smaller #6 is slightly larger than an rs2 turbo and isnt any laggier in the real world (rs2 isnt laggy).

1.8bar peak is fine, but will need a minimum rs2 intercooler, but would be better with something a little larger.

Changing WG springs is a dangerous game if you arent experienced. Leave that the the tuner that maps the car, big hefty spring is great for torque, but with rs2 or larger, you have to be careful as these setups can, and have in the past, bent stock rods.

        yes of course

and stronger wastegates springs gives more low rpm torque and i was testing a few with the( "RS tuningfeder wastegate spring from ultimot.de 25kg) and i saw how the AFR numbers were going up (to the lean side) against the original wastagte spring did,,,that were OK,like always

stronger WG springs require a custom remap for them i thought

I'm going to rebuild my Nothelle car with it's revised turbo, run it on the current Nothelle chips for a couple of K then fit my RS2 injectors and 7A FPR prior to a visit to MRC. I plan on leaving the rest up to them, don't want any mishaps.
