Wall thickness depends on what you're doing with the motor, there's guys that have done NA 83.5 stuff for years. On a big power turbo motor, probably not the best idea. -

"cast stock based units available" There are stock 'based' cast unit available in the aftermarket, not 'stock' units.Leave a comment:

I've just checked and this product looks very much like a certain one made by a swedish company so i'm wondering if it's being imported rather than made at 034Leave a comment:

What a load of crap ! “Far superior to the stock cast units available” . well the stock cranks are not cast they are forged and very strong, Audi tested them to 1400hp before encountering problems so IMO this should be taken with a pinch of salt.Leave a comment:

Yep agreed I can only get it to 2706cc. Its a bit much to round that upto 2.8 litres!Leave a comment:

Having done some calculations I don't know where 2.8 litres come from on the site, think it's a typo as I work out 2705cc with the 100mm crank and 83mm pistonsLeave a comment:

Looks a stunning bit of kit! Would be interested to hear from anybody who decides to use one! 2.8 litre sounds insane!Leave a comment:
