Money was sent 13 Aug so I have been patient for too long. The funny thing is that he wanted the Paypal sent to "Watches of Bath". I wonder why.

I really hope he chimes in here if he really is a member. All I want is the parts I agreed to buy or my deposit of £100 back immediately. Too much to ask??

they will have a transaction number for the product they sold and possibly an invoice address or postal address!!!!!

Part of his BS on his ebay ad's is that this is not his main business. "Watches of Bath" is registered to the same email "audiparts@aol.com" so I do not think it is something he has purchased. In any case, I should have known better. That does not excuse what he has done nor does it mean he will get away with it.......

There are quite a few people after him for money apparently, I would leave no stone unturned even contact ebay dont just say it's too late

Iv had dealings with this joe at audicabrioparts he didn,t believe me when i said he sent me a defective part and i was to send it back with the cost to me as he would not pay postage in the end i went to his house near burford oxfordshire as i was passing that way anyway i parked my artic outside his house but alas he was not at home left him a nice polite note to replace the part asp left the part and waited around 3mths and no part or reply i then informed him by ebay message and polite note that i was going to report him to ebay and paypal iff he did not send me the part or my payment back he soon responded i had the part in two days, he sent me an email that i had been unreasonable and he wont sell me anymore parts. the guys a right plonker and i wont be dealing with them again.
