Got quite a bit of work done on the old bus this weekend, first of all I finally got the wheels finished and fitted

Definatley needs lowering a bit now

Next was the stereo, the std system is well past it's best, the rear amplified speakers didn't work at all, the CD multi changer had packed up and the volume control was sensitive to say the least. I've ripped out the rear speakers and fitted some 13cm 3 way Pioneer ones, also re-wired with decent quality OFC cable. Fitted a new head unit



Sounds 100% better but still lacks bass. I've not done anything with the fronts yet so I'm going to see if I can squeeze some 6.5" componants in the doors.

Last of all, it's not going to be long before it wants dics and pads on the front and I'm not going to fit std parts so I bagged these dirt cheap on the bay. 4 pot Brembos' from a 2001 Alfa 166 3.2 V6.


Needed some new cross over pipes making which I've done


I'm going to strip them down and give them a coat of paint then make a brkt to mount them using 323mm S6 discs

What S6 discs? The C4 ones will be the 59.5mm total height whilst the A6 C4, even the quattro used the 46.5mm ones I believe.

Yes, C4 S6+ has the 323mm disc. I know the hat height is different, but as the mounting brkt is going to be a 1off, within reason I can put the caliper where I like to suit.
