I allways had very quick answer for email before the order.
    Its slows down after payment.
Very slow, when they has to resolve a problem, or send the missed parts from order.

It was very different 10 years ago, when the contact person was Javad and he has not as much buyer like now. I dont order from 034, if not necesseary.

Quality of the stuff is fairly good, but customer service is far from good in my experience.

Lots of over promising and less interest once they have taken their money. This is after spending several thousand USD.

No. The most important thing is receive more money for every company.

When ordering parts from usa, prepare for trouble.

Unfortunately this whole industry is very unprofessionally managed worldwide.

Very few companies do it right.

I've used 034 a fair bit and got most of the parts from there for my build. It pays to actually phone up or email a sales rep directly when placing an order.

Curious what you expect to do with the rip chip anyway - it's not live tunable and works only for fuel and base ignition.
Knock maps and boost control can not be calibrated, and N75 is pretty much set to fixed 2% DC, so spoolup is bad.

IMO for that money you should have gone for a VEMS ECU.
