get rid of the cat on the 92. 3.5% is the max co2 in for the mot. should manage that ok.

even if we pollute im sure a single bus round here does the same as all our cars for balls to it.

serious benifits to be had performance wise.

id call in to some places. have a look at their work.

not sure where in the country you are. sure there are recommendations on here,

iud go 3" straight through if possible with a coupel of boxes.

from experience in the subaru days a legacy due to its length over an imreza made more noise. id expect the same on the urs4. removing the cats on those free's up 30hp or so. id expect the same on our cars.

By removing cats you get 30hp increase?

iI checked some places and they are asking £450 without downpipe does that sound about right? With downpipe price doubles.

Also I am picky with the sound of the exhaust, as I want it to be quite most of the time, and make a lot of nouse when slamming the loud pedal.

yeah I think 15-20hp as a result of removal is definitely ballpark gain...maybe more is possible. Its worth it for the noise to be honest

Never thought it's that much. companies like powerflow and long life will be quite expensive I would think, wonder if there are people who make them in their garages

£440 for a system from the base of the downpipe back with lifetime warranty is pretty good. I've had mine from Longlife since 2002 I think...

I have a 2.5" single downpipe I made up. have the double decat part also, might have to weld something up to join them again.
