We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
I can tell you have sprayed before.Do you do it for a living? Pearl white is, as has already been said a very nice colour but a bitch to keep looking nice and ultimately too costly if repairs are needed.
No, I'm not a painter, but my grandfather did it for a living and I grew up around his shop. I picked up a few things over the years.
Thanks so much for all the replies, this is all really interesting stuff, especially the detail about how much pearl to put over the base. This explains why although there's only one colour, the earlier cars look whiter. I'm going to keep mulling it over for a while but seriously tempted :-)
