On your next business trip in Belgium, you should check out "materialise".
I've heard good things about them, but I have no idea what it cost to have these parts printed.

I'm thinking to have a few RS2 MAF screens 3D printed.

I would be concerned that some of the 3D printed strands would break off and get injested, possibly damaging the hot-wire inside the MAF.

I would look for some injection moulded square mesh, perhaps something like the fluorescent bulb fixture egg-crate baffles that are around (See second photo)

I friend is going to produce something out of stainless steel. Probably will be ready in a couple of weeks.

Is it possible to print these things? Damaged on all older cars, costs stupid money to buy and will be gone after 10-20 years again for sure?!

You could print them in a flexible rubber, but it would be easier and faster and cheaper to mold them and cast them in rubber.

Can someone measure the diameter of the S2 Maf screen. I only have an Rs2 here.
