First of all I will arrange me with William, I will change my pictures, price, and explanation. However, there are a lot of people here who think then can say anything about me and even don't know me! A little bit respect maybe? I hope this topic will be closed...
Buyer Beware Jiri Do Not Buy From This Seller

Respect?
You've got a long way to go to earn that, in fact you will have to work pretty hard to stay on the forum.
A good start would be arranging a refund with Will including paying his return shipping costs to send this scrap turbo back to you.
I'm not sure about Belgium, but in this country what you've done is called fraud. IMHO consider yourself lucky you're not banned already.Panthero Coupé quattro 20vt

If I sell anything and the buyer is not 100% happy I would always refund without question, If there is genuinely nothing wrong with the item then just sell it on to someone else, shame, it's not a good start to your Forum membership Jiri hope you see sense and sort things out quicklyComment

People may not know you, but they see what you did.
Respect is earned, it is not automatic.
Closing the thread would not benefit others on here, irrespective of whether it makes you feel 'uncomfortable' now about the 'sale' of the item to another member.
What goes around, comes around. People don't forget on here.

That's a shady sale. I've been burned on here as well for a set or C4 S6 headlights and corners that showed up broken and Taiwanese knock offs, not even Hellas. I was new here and didn't bash the seller but I still see him around and don't think fondly of him.
You get what you pay for and if it is too good to be true it probably is.
Hope you get your money back!Comment

I think I threw up in my mouth a little... Good luck in business with an attitude like that towards customers.Shame you are doing this like that, like I said I told you before buying that there was a crack inside. I never pushed you to buy it. Now that you find it to big the crack you wanna shame my name...
Like I said other people asked me for example pictures of the manifold crack and I also given them.Comment

You scam people like this you deserve the repercussions. I wont forget this name and will certainly double check with the consensus on here for buying parts for my cars in future. Very disappointing really and this just re-iterates how we are very trusting if people we haven't even met on this forum, but do it because we assume we are safe as we share a common passion for our motors and it only takes 1 person to mess that trust up, well done there, hope you get your "respect" on another forum.

Whilst I agree with everyone's comments that the sale of this "lightly cracked" turbo was incredibly misleading, I do think we need to give the seller a chance now to 'make things right' with the purchaser(s) - albeit after the fact and only apparently after having the error of his ways pointed out to him by many other forum members.
I too have been burnt quite a few times (and also burnt someone by accident myself - which I hope I resolved satisfactorily), but I still consider this to be the best place to source many hard to find or upgrade parts.
Good luck in getting this resolved.

Giving Jiri the benefit of the doubt, he's realised that the turbo is unusable as it is from the comments on here. From what he has messaged me he was sold this turbo with the majority of these cracks which he assumed were normal. So the mileage and age weren't made up by him. Hopefully we will be able to sort something out soon and I'll post an update.
I've suggested I keep the turbo and replace the hot side. What would people say the turbo is worth? There is the usual minimal play in the shaft, other than the cracks in the hot side it looks usable.Comment

like i said before, I arrange me with Will for solve this problem.
Like i said to Will, it's never been my intention to steal money from him. Yes i burned my hands now without knowing it and yes i will be more carefully in the future. But otherwise that's given NOT 1 person here the right to say what for person i'am...Comment

I think we've covered this one enough and both parties appear to have found a way to resolve the issue.
As such, I suggest that the thread is left alone now, until a solution can be posted by the 2 people involved.Cheers'en, AndyC
