Importing SPM Rods from Sweden?

In dragracing we have 3 enginer 4cyl with more than 1100Bhp and about 1000NM
Per Eriksson are one of then european champ 402mm in 7,38 sec
All aftermarket rods look likes nearly the same, by it is small diferents.We have sold ower 12000 rods in 2 years, no one broken so far,and I am just starting with SPM retail dealer in ten different countries

Got this email from Sten - looks like these are some seriously strong rods... Greg, I think at this price it's worth buying 'em even if it'll be a while until you fit them. Especially as we're gonna be looking IRO £350 for a set WITH shipping + tax, if we can get one more set in the group buy... haven't got hold of vagparts yet.

Looks like 8 with solid interest... 9 if Rotorboy is in and that puts us in the "41+" category... I think we're just abouts there boys! I'm sure Sten will do the full discount with 8 of us anyway. But even if not, then we put up the extra 780Sek to make it 41 lol... coz it would save 2800Sek on the total price with the extra discount

And I think an SPM rod would make a cool ornament

Can everyone put some posts up to confirm interest and also what kinda timeframe you're thinking of? Personally, I'm fortunate enough to have cash waiting but I appreciate that's not normal (at least not for me...) but if ppl want to wait a bit that's cool. I know Sten has enough to fill an order of 20 by the end of next week, but 40 rods would take a little longer. Anyhow, he's selling 50 a month average so I'm sure he can have it together by month end if we want it that soon.

780Sek per rod is as cheap as it gets; you have to appreciate that if Sten put the prices much lower he'd not be making a big enough margin on the sale ot make it worth his while...

Still, as you'll see the prices are very good! Unbeatable I'd expect, on a quality - price ratio. Sten is also willing to post individually on this one; it'll be ~£18 per set of 5 to the UK. I can go back for more shipping quotes to other countries, and I'm waiting to hear back on payment options. It's ok to pay separately, or I can put in the order and then I'll need paying back fairly sharpish before the bank asks questions...
