hi keith, their quite simple to fit as long as the bolts holding the brackets on dont snap. But apart from that its only 4 bolts and the droplinks, just done it on mine then had it all aligned and it was well worth it!

Yes but beware the ARB bolts snapping in the subframe.

Remember me with the air chisel taking the nut of the subframe as it was locked solid at this years garage meet.

And they make a hell of a difference to the cars handling

I've been running with it on maximum on the rear but i may do a run with it in the middle home.

Check Mark Halligans sticky thread on the whiteline for the stiffness settings.

You need to hold the drop link with a spanner keith, there's a slotted section on the drop link

See this guide, same applies for the front

Some of the bolts can be a right woofwoofwoofwoofwoofwoofwoof...

I had no problems with the subframe bolts - had issues with the droplinks though. The rears were totally knackered anyway, so I just cut the boot and popped the ball joint out so I could pull the RARB away. Remove the rear wheels and access to fully remove the droplink is much easier! Off with the old, on with the new, and it's much easier putting it back together

As for the front, I didn't do this one personally, but I think it's a little more difficult for access. I replaced the plastic droplinks with RS2 (metal) items anyway - again, off with the wheels and it was alot easier!

I second Newsh's comments there, great upgrade - also fairly straightforward to install, especially if you can get the car on a ramp.

ps - might be worth replacing the front ARB droplinks as a matter of course - I didn't when I put the RS2 ARB on the front and sure enough, after just a few weeks, I started getting a clonk from one fo the front droplinks that had given up the ghost - I guess the extra force generated by the stiffer ARB sent it over the edge...
