There is an extra name on the log book as the car was sold to a trader friend in the midlands who`s cheques bounced. Car returned and then sold to Ian as previous.

Jobs done, apart from brakes H+R springs fitted Konis set to middle of adjustment, and a few oil changes.

Sorry for bumping this old thread, but does this means that it's possible to get Alcon brakes approved for street usage legal these days? Thinking about solutions for my s2 that I'm building. Trying to find out how to get my s2 street legal with more hp/tq and bigger brakes than normal but everything needs tüv over here(Norway) or at least it helps a lot.

I have a Nothelle N300. In the service history it shows the Alcon brakes were very problematic right from new. I now have Porsche up front and B6 S4 at the rear. Go Porsche for sure.

So they arent that good? Okay. Was thinking either rs2 brakes in front or something else. But I would like to have it approved

Plenty of options for Porsche (Brembo) brakes. Adapter brackets can be bought from Audi Tradition or aftermarket. I'm sure all the Porsche brakes have been approved.
Speak to Vidar on here. He will put you straight on what you can use in your country. He may even have some brakes for sale.
