I would flog it and buy a dag dag sh*tter if it was me...
Theres only so much money that can be thrown at old cars before it gets silly IMO (and more important....the time it takes up unless you pay someone else )

Skylines more like it but if thats a genuine sale at that price I'd be very surprised!!
maybe £5600 for the wheels and glass.

£40,000 minimum for a beast like that

no mate, i don,t think a baseball cap tracksuit bottoms and an "innit" attitude would suit you
i was only stating that the above advert must be a scam as they did n't make r34's on a 94 plate

You have not read the S2Avant signature, right?

You know a diesel is the way forward :mischeif:

Get an Avant and your all set with a perfect daily driver/parts hauler and they cost next to nothing to run. Granted you might not get one as cheap as mine and you most certainly won't find one as cheap as MattS2's but they are still cheap as chips.

Talking of chips a diet of vegetable extracts will make it even cheaper.

I'm starting to fall in love with the 2001 VW Passat TDI 100hp that I bought after our previous blue one got totalled by a ghost driver on the highway...

It's certainly not fast, it doesn't look fabulous but the 50 mpg, the comfort, the practicality, the quality stock sound system and the very sensible price are very, very hard to beat as a 2nd car just to commute with and go to the shops.

                  Jamo,

Buying the diesel was the best thing I've done since buying the 's'.
In the few months that i've been running it, it has paid for itself! (car, insurance, MOT, tax and some new tyres).

The best bit is that I dont worry about it as much as the 's'. It's already got a few scrapes and dents, so a few more wont hurt.

50p a litre for new veg oil helps keep the cost down too.

I've just been to Switzerland and back in the A3 2.0TDi and the bloody thing returned 55mpg over 1700 miles.

On the 160 mile stretch between Wengen and Basle, it averaged 65mpg.

                    Brilliant.
