Hi guys,

I think SPM are a small outfit and not up to par with the professionalism I'd hoped (I find smaller places are usually more professional than any large corporation), but at the end of the day I've seen plenty of huge delays in deliveries by other companies that I'd not call 'a joke' - just f@@king annoying! I think as it's been mentioned, Sten saw the $$$ for the order and said 'yes', without really thinking of the consequences of taking an order he couldn't really fulfil - I'd just never recommend ordering from SPM if you're in a hurry. Even if it's confirmed that there's plenty of stock!

Sten did email today, aparrently the rods are being packaged this evening and the complete order will be shipped in the morning. Thanks for your patience guys, I've been chasing daily now this past week, and I won't be letting down until everyone has received their order.

My point is DONT make promises you cant deliver on......and then continually lie about when deliveries are going to be made

At least if the guy had been straight and said "mmm. yes well it seems Im in a bit deep and it will be a lot longer than expected. Tell the buyers and those who dont want to wait months can have their money back??!!"

I know if I had ordered a set (and I very nearly did) I would have been WELL pissed by now
