GROUP BUY - SACHS Performance Clutch

Hi everyone my clutch has just started slipping has not long ago got my engine running on top form with a new gt3071r and as I have been leaning an teaching myself to find my new limits!! I hav got a Kevlar clutch plate and a luk cover plate with uprated spring pressure just won't hold at all now after a couple of simi lauches last night!!
So would this sachs kit be what I need or would i need a different clutch kit?? Don't want to buy an be on it's limits cheers Tom

It should work with 3071.

Is it 63 or 82ar?

If not maybe you can buy the most racing clutch version...

I have an unused Spec stg 3 unit that I'm hoping to sell. If I can get shot of it, I'd go for the highest rated version of the Sachs unit that could be included in this GB.

Good question, I'm not sure! I'll have to check the part number on the box. I seem to remember it being a 3. Sintered metal pucks on a sprung plate. I believe the 3+ having a full faced disk with slots cut into it.

I've managed to get all my clutches to slip with the RS2 setup. I'd just love to have a clutch that can take some punishment and wont slip under load.

got a customer who's building a stroker whos asked me to post on there behalf, aiming for 700nm on a fidanza 3b flywheel, would this be suitable?

I cant comment on the fidanza flywheel, but plan to use mine with a refaced 3b flywheel

It's a go for me as long as I'm sure it will fit the RS2.... any feedback?

Sachs said same fitment as ABY on ADU

This is all dependant on final price as i cannot see a price for the AAN...
as the AAN is about 80euros cheaper than the ABY version...

Just got back so will make a list of all of the clutches that people are after and get pricing for the lot. Once I have that I will likely take 75% payment in advance then rest when get postage etc sorted out for sending with fluctuations in exchange rates and looking to get payments sorted out towards end of this week if possible.

How does the Sachs performance clutch compare the the SPEC's clutch sold by the likes of 034EFi? Which is the more reliable?
