I'm in if the finish is anything like the pics you have posted. I have seen the manifold Robin (Twoqu) purchased from Wagner and it didn't look like the pics you have, it really did look like it had been cleaned up with a chainsaw. Is there a break point in numbers to get the cost down further?

I am still trying to get the price down at the moment, im looking at an order of 10 manifolds For £3100.00 shipped so far.

I have emailed Carsten about the finish on the manifold and am waiting for his reply.

The only thing that you need to watch is that the manifold in those pics is not clearanced for the water rail. As there is a lot of material to remove, its best left to a machinist unless you have a mill at home.
Still, as the price drops the total cost of the conversion comes down!
For reference I have seen one go for 450 euro recently. Not sure what that is in real money!

Jon change my status from "potential" to "definite", even if it doesn't get into TK400 it will have a home in TK400+ ...heheheh!!!

Is it worth getting all the manifold finished at once for a slight extra cost?

Thats the only thing scaring me is that it needs to be finished and i haven't any contacts that could do the work

The lowest i can get the manifolds for is £3100 for 10 units shipped im afraid, he's not budging on it

I am expecting detailed pictures from Carsten any minute.
I will also ask about the water manifold clearing, yet i have asked him whether it is a bolt on job and he replied yes, bar the older PS Pump.

Lower air intake temps, lower pressure drop and reduced turbo lag
