It will not be the same factory, he uses a different one.

if the led is good an carsten from wagner aproves it why not?
its the last oportunity to have something in good quallity...
it seems that all the rs2 and s2 parts are going to be expensive or NLA..
i would get this wagner cast made in germany and aproved by wagner than to get a cheap chinese one..

I understand he bought the mould, so the physical size and positions of holes, etc should be spot on - the thing that worries me is the material from which they will be cast.

It is really important (at least to me) that the material used is of the same quality as Carsten used - ie, GGG-NiSiCr 3552 ( D5S ) with the Nickel content (as Jamo had mentioned on the other thread).

Is there any way of knowing exactly what material will be used before ordering?

If the quality is good and the discount can be reached at 35 - 40 % then I am certain there is a good market for them...
