Nothing I can do about the import tax unfortunately.
The Stainless steel wool acts as a separator for the oil mist. My UK Distributor is Brian Tonks (Tonks4x4) but I don't know if he has anymore in stock.

At last I don't know if this article can "repair" my problem or I need reopen and make one more time my engine

Making full engine rebuild won't help on that problem. You need to block the oil from going up in the PCV system.
