I'm not worried about hard, I'm worried about vibrations. If these mounts have no noticeable increase in vibrations then I'm definitely interested. Otherwise I'm going to have to pass.

Thanks for great endorsement from fellow countrymen and others.

I want to answer VagOrBust's question but I dont really know Bambridge mounts so I cant compare to them, but for example 034 sells one that is just aluminium plate with some plastic on top of it, and you bolt directly to the aluminium plate so you have direct metal-to-metal contact and as dampening is considered, I dont really thing they differ whole lot of just directly bolting to your engine to chassis.

The ones I make, engine is totally isolated from the chassis with the polyurethane bushings, and hole lot of it, 35mm of 70mm dia on top and 20mm of 70mm dia under, plus if wanted you can use 12mm bolts to mount engine.
So it works as good in acceleration and deceleration situations.

These are more noisy than oem, but does it matter to user, its hard to say. But not a "racing" noisy

I will order lasercuts and urethane today or tomorrow to start making next batch.

            Not late at all,
I have ordered all the lasercuts and urethane. Soon as they arrive, its just matter of cutting welding, powdercoate and shipping Will take while to do them, but should be any issues, I have been promised that urethane will arrive before holidays and lasercuts I receive this week.

                Thanks and happy new year.

                  Hi
I think there are few sets not spoken for yet.

Progress is not been as fast as I want, halfway down on cutting aluminium, lasercuts arrived, this week I got all the polyrurethane. I have finally proper blade to band saw (if someone says that bladevariable pitch in tooth will make blade work on all occasitions, it means that it dosnt work in any occasition)

                      160 cuts later.
Only 160 cuts of polyurethane and 32.6meters! of welding to do...

Well, I am glad that things slowly get built up.
Anyway, if there is still the chance of having a full set let me know, and also the paying details.
                          Cheers.

Welding going strong. Wasted some time to be too clever and tried to automate welding prosess, but I could not find settings to do so, since material thinkness are so different, you cant have samge angle all the time. So I ended up welding manually but had stepper motor to turn the mount.

                                Top work
Nice to see the building process.
How much clearance is there between the hole in the mounting plate and the sleeve through the poly?
